WHAT IS COACHING PHILOSOPHIA
Where Wisdom Meets the Way You Live
In an age of disconnection, distraction, and performance, we return to what matters: presence, meaning, and human 'being'. Coaching Philosophia is a space to reimagine coaching, not as fixing, but as philosophical practice. Not as motivation, but as conversation. Not as escape, but as return.

WELCOME TO COACHING PHILOSOPHIA
A sanctuary for those who feel the ache of modern life but sense there is more.
More than performance. More than productivity. More than coping.
Here, we return to philosophia ('The Love of Wisdom')—not as theory, but as a way to live.
We believe that wisdom isn’t something to admire from a distance. It’s something to practice.
Daily. Imperfectly. Courageously.
We offer no life hacks. No 7-step plans. No promises of constant happiness.
Instead, we offer something deeper...
Space to Think. Tools to Navigate. A Path to Meaning.
This is a place for the seekers, the burned-out, the disillusioned, the quietly questioning.
It’s for coaches who want to go deeper. For humans who want to feel human again.
For anyone ready to reimagine life not as a race to be won, but a question to be lived.
Here, coaching becomes philosophical practice.
Wisdom becomes lived experience.
And the simple act of being… becomes enough.
This is Coaching Philosophia.
You’re not Broken. You’re Waking Up.
Welcome Home.

“Walking Lived Philosophy Home” —
A Field Companion for Finding Your Way Back to What Matters
Walking Lived Philosophy Home is part memoir, part field companion for anyone feeling disoriented in life. After years of full-contact martial arts left me physically, neurologically, and existentially broken, I found myself on the Isle of Man in 2020 with no map forward—so I walked. Step by step, the coastal paths and quiet trails became a classroom, where I rediscovered how to slow down, listen differently, and remember what it means to be fully human.
Blending personal experience, philosophical reflection, research, and simple walking practices, this book invites you to walk beside me as you navigate your own transitions, grief, or search for meaning. As Paul Musso, PhD, writes: “Rodney’s life story is incredible and the work he is doing to help others is incredibly timely.”
